Loved the tower clock reminding me of my New Year's grape eating ceremony. Conveniently located near the Royal Botanical Garden. Dry cleaning services to clean my fancy clothes, because of course I wore them constantly.
Security and cleanliness were on point. The nearby attractions were fun especially the Royal Botanical Garden.

We recently stayed at a great location. the staff was flexible with check-in and even accommodated our request for a bigger bed. the room was nice and had everything we needed. the hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise. the staff was friendly and available 24/7. the elevator on site was convenient. We didn't need to use the metro as the location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot. Cons: Couldn't fault 👍.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with lots of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The room was really spacious with a comfortable bed and nice pillow options. Plus, the cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything in order throughout my stay.
The noise level at night. Since it's located right in the heart of the city, there was a fair amount of street noise that made it a little tough to get a good night's sleep.

The staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate. the elevator worked well and the location was great for exploring the city. Plus, the room was clean and tidy.
The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything happening in the next room. the bathroom was small, and there were hairs on the shower wall.

With an excellent view of the city, the rooms are clean and comfortable. the bathroom is completely renovated with all modern amenities. the staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything you need. There is an elevator on-site for easy access to your room. For breakfast, there are various places to eat outside the hotel on the same street.
The walls are a bit thin and not very soundproof.
